2009:

The Year of Expansion

 

The theme of 2009 is the Year of Expansion and what this means is that we have reached a completeness in who we can be so far and now we are going to expand into what we are truly capable of as Divine Humans. There is going to be a significant milestone approximately every six to eight weeks throughout 2009 to recognize how far we have come.

 

To put this in context, we have been reaching maybe three to four milestones each year for the last ten or twelve years and less than that prior to that time. In 2005 we hit five milestones. The reason that we are pointing that out is that it is important to look for every opportunity we can find to recognize how far we have come during this year of 2009.

 

It might feel like we have already been expanding into what we are capable of, but what we have essentially been doing is creating the space so that we can make the expansion. It can be compared to adding an addition onto your house. You build a bigger house so that you can expand into it. In 2009 we are going to move into what we have created for ourselves.

 

The milestones will help us recognize what we are experiencing as we move into the future that we have created. To return to the example of building an addition onto your house, you add more space because you feel like it is too small in your current house. Initially, when you first move into the new space you feel as if there is all of this extra room, although down the road a bit you may begin to feel as if you have always had that much space or it begins feeling too small again.
