received. You may feel tired or overwhelmed and need to allow yourself time to
incorporate the new knowledge.
Reflect on the current issues in your
life and prepare a list of questions that you want to ask during the session.
Word your questions as specifically as possible.
Questions about spiritual growth, relationships with family, friends and pets,
repeating patterns and behaviors, recurring dreams, work, and finances are some
examples of common issues addressed while in the Records.
It is useful to prioritize your
questions so that you are able to address the issues of most importance to you
during the session time you have scheduled.
The session will be recorded for you. It is also useful to have a paper and pen
with you during the reading to write down specific information such as
“homework” or meditations.
Once the Records are open, your questions will be answered from your personal
